Taking each part of the book in turn, these audio practices will guide you through each practice so that you can build them into your day-to-day routine, draw on them when you need them most, and integrate them into your ways of working with others. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to practise, your mind will go on a mental safari wandering into the past or the future - the practice is to notice this and as you do, return gently to the present moment.
