What might this look like in the day-to-day work of leading our schools?
'A Mindful Leaders' Day' walks you through such a day, suggesting when, why and how you might use a planned, responsive or enabling practices, with space for you to add your own reflections. The day begins and ends with a suggestion of a planned and personal practice, from which all other practices build.
School improvement
The Kings Fund have done some interesting work on mindfulness, compassion, change and improvement.
Intrigued by this, I have had conversations with a number of groups on the processes that underpin school improvement, that might be strengthened through a mindful and compassionate approach. This is work in progress and you are invited to explore it yourself.
